The proposed, three story, structure will have a total building area of 36,0000 to 37,000 sq. ft. 

The basement floor will be oriented along Roosevelt Way NE to the east.  The interior spaces include entry foyer, reception area, daycare classrooms, multi-purpose room with kitchen, men's & women's toilet rooms, small administration office, choir room with toilets and mechanical rooms.  The daycare rooms shall have direct access to the exterior garden patios.  An elevator and stairways will provide access to the main level above.

The first floor space include the Narthex and chapel on the south side of the building men's & women's restrooms, sanctuary with fixed seating, storage rooms and perimeter circulation corridors and vertical circulation elements.

 

The second floor includes administrative offices, men's & women's restrooms, sick room, and a sanctuary balcony with fixed seating.

 

 

The new addition will have horizontal entries and exits on all three levels to the existing Church. Exterior access shall be from all sides of the structure by sidewalks, ramps and stairways.
